Website Design for Beginners
I just thought I would write a mini guide on useful resources and links for creating your first website. Over at the HGP forum on Overclockers UK a common question is what sort of software and resources somebody needs to design and make attractive websites. This includes the software they need to make a website, as well as good places for learning (X)HTML, CSS and web standards.

CSS Naked Day!!!
Woo, look I’ve stripped off all my clothes and I’m running around naked on the internets!!!
I’ve only found out about this by accident, and I am somewhat late in stripping off, but I think it’s a fantastic suggestion. The whole idea is to promote Web Standards through the proper use of (X)HTML and semantic markup, together with a good hierarchy structure. There are already well over a thousand websites taking part. You can join in to, just visit CSS Naked Day 2007 and sign up. It’s still not too late!
